This document aims to inform users about how Ottica Laporta processes the personal data provided by customers who make purchases via phone or through the website www.otticalaporta.it.

Ottica Laporta collects personal data, i.e., information that can identify a specific person, provided explicitly and voluntarily by users. The personal data required during registration on the website www.otticalaporta.it or via phone to place an order includes name, date of birth (to verify legal age), address, phone number, and email address, necessary to provide the requested products and services. Ottica Laporta will not process sensitive data, such as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, philosophical, political, religious beliefs, health status, or sexual habits.
