RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The supplier of the requested products is Ottica Laporta, located at Via Principe di Napoli 181 - 72020 - Erchie (BR) - Italy.

Consumer's right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

This right allows the consumer to unilaterally withdraw from the contract concluded outside commercial premises (e.g., at home, on the street, by mail, etc.) or for distance contracts (via the internet, by phone, etc.) within 30 DAYS from the conclusion of the contract, and receive a refund of the price paid.
The term for exercising the right of withdrawal begins:
– For goods, from the day of receipt by the consumer,
– For services, from the day the contract is concluded.
If the goods have been delivered, the consumer must return them within 30 days of receipt.
The refund of the price paid must be made free of charge, as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the day the seller is informed of the consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (and subsequent amendments), the consumer may return the products or waive the service performance and obtain a refund of the amount already paid for pre-payment.
How to exercise: To do so, the customer must contact the seller within 30 days of receiving the products or purchasing the services by email at info@otticalaporta.it, providing all necessary information for a correct return and refund process. This communication must include:

  • a. The explicit intention of the customer to withdraw entirely or partially from the purchase contract;
  • b. The number and copy of the document (invoice or delivery note) proving the purchase of the order for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised;
  • c. The description and codes of the products for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised.

The refund will be issued by the seller within 3 days of receiving the email notification in the case of services, or within 3 business days from the receipt of the returned goods in the case of products.
Upon receiving the communication from the customer regarding their intent to exercise the right of withdrawal, the seller, after verifying compliance with the above requirements, will agree with the customer, even by email, on the return method for the products.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Products must be returned intact and complete with all accessories in their original packaging and with proper packaging, along with a copy of the receipt and/or invoice received within 30 days of receiving the order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RETURN POLICY

  • • The tag on returned items (if provided) must not be cut and must be intact as received.
  • • Items must not have been opened, washed, or altered, and should show no signs of use.
  • • Every item or accessory must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and accessories received with the order.
  • • In case of defective goods or incorrect shipments by Ottica Laporta, you can follow the instructions above.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will be issued excluding shipping fees, if any, paid during purchase.


Notes:

• Ottica Laporta reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

• Ottica Laporta will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the above terms and conditions. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender.
