INTRODUCTION

The following Terms of Sale govern the offer and sale of products between customers of the website www.otticalaporta.it and Ottica Laporta di La Porta Maria Rosaria, headquartered in Erchie (BR), Via Principe di Napoli 181, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Brindisi: VAT No. 01684450743 - REA No.: BR-73982, hereinafter referred to as "Ottica Laporta."

Access to the website is free for users and does not entail any purchase obligation. Customers/Visitors agree to comply with the General Conditions set out on the website.

These general contract conditions, prepared by Ottica Laporta, are fully binding on customers and are deemed to be known and accepted at the time of order placement. Ottica Laporta invites its customers to read these General Conditions before placing orders and whenever they visit www.otticalaporta.it, as some provisions may be subject to change over time.

ORDERS

Order Processing

Orders on www.otticalaporta.it can be placed 24/7.

When completing an order, the customer must:

1. Accurately fill out the personal data form, specifying the delivery address, a contact phone number, and an email address.

2. Carefully review the form before confirming the order. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data entered before confirming. Ottica Laporta is not responsible for errors related to incorrect purchases or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Communicate any changes to payment, products, or shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order.

4. Choose a preferred payment method (see "Payment Methods" page).

Once the order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

Order Confirmation

The contract is concluded under Article 1326 of the Italian Civil Code at the moment Ottica Laporta sends an online confirmation to the customer's email, subject to product availability and successful payment.

Ottica Laporta commits to promptly informing customers about the confirmation or cancellation of an order in case of product unavailability or failed payment.

PRICES & VAT

All prices listed on www.otticalaporta.it are in Euros and include VAT (22%).

INVOICING & TAX DOCUMENTATION

All products will be shipped with a fiscal receipt. Ottica Laporta will issue an invoice upon request, which must be made at the time of purchase or by sending an email to info@otticalaporta.it with full billing details within 24 hours of order confirmation.
