Shipping Process:
All shipments are handled via express courier with 24-hour delivery.
Courier Delivery Rules:
The courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
Secure and Professional Packaging:
Products are carefully packaged based on their size and the original packaging provided by manufacturers. Small to medium-sized items are always wrapped with protective bubble wrap to safeguard against potential impacts during transportation.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may vary depending on the items purchased. For multiple-item orders, shipping is calculated only once.
Insured Shipments:
All shipments are insured, and this service is provided completely free of charge.
Receiving Your Order:
Upon delivery, customers are required to check:
- That the number of packages delivered matches the order confirmation received via email.
- That the packaging is intact and has not been tampered with, including the security seals.
If there are any signs of tampering and/or damage, the customer must immediately report the issue by writing "GOODS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the delivery receipt provided by the courier or delivery operator.
The customer must then report any damages within 7 days of receiving the package, following the procedures set by the chosen courier or delivery service.
If the customer fails to collect the order within 5 business days from when it arrives at the courier’s warehouse or Ottica Laporta’s facility due to repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be canceled, and storage fees will be charged accordingly.
